Expertly engineered and practical in their execution, these Bremont timepieces will be your worthy and reliable companions wherever your journey takes you. So, let’s find out more about what makes these watches tick - keep your eyes peeled for exclusive insights from the new Bremont CEO, Davide Cerrato too.
“Watches are not just instruments for keeping time; they are symbols of exploration and the moments that define our lives.” – Jimmy Chin, Bremont Ambassador.
Bremont Terra Nova
Calling all explorers, say hello to the new Bremont Terra Nova collection. Inspired by original military pocket watches, these tool watches are built to withstand the rigours of everyday adventures. Available in multiple case sizes, each one brings increasing functionality for timepieces to suit your next expedition. From a 38mm two-hander, and a 40.5mm iteration with date function and rotating compass bezel, power reserve indicator, date and small seconds, to a 42.5mm steel chronograph, discover the Terra Nova for your next feat.
“With Terra Nova we have focused on designing and creating a perfect field watch. Meticulously researching and referencing early 20th century military pocket watches to bring a true sense of provenance in the visual and functional language. This is then reinterpreted for the 21st century with the launch of this elegant and contemporary design. We believe that with Terra Nova begins a new chapter for Bremont which will see the collection become an iconic reference for the brand for many years to come.” - David Cerrato, Bremont CEO.
Bremont Terra Nova 38
Supplier codes: TN38-ND-SS-BK-L-S, TN38-ND-SS-BK-B, TN38-ND-SS-WH-L-S, TN38-ND-SS-WH-B
We’re seeing many firsts for Bremont this Watches and Wonders, and this brand-new 38mm case size for the Terra Nova collection is definitely worth celebrating. In recognition of the emerging trend towards smaller case sizes, the unique geometric cushion case has a low profile and shortened lugs to sit perfectly on the wrist with great balance and presence.
Powered by an automatic movement with up to 38 hours power reserve, this Bremont Terra Nova has a quick release function on the bracelet, meaning you can switch between a stainless steel bracelet or leather strap. With a water resistance of up to 100m, you’ll be ready for any adventure on land and in the water.
Bremont Terra Nova 40.5 Date
Supplier codes: TN40-DT-SS-BK-L-S, TN40-DT-SS-BK-N-S, TN40-DT-SS-BK-B, TN40-DT-SS-GN-L-S, TN40-DT-SS-GN-N-S, TN40-DT-SS-GN-B
Featuring the same movement and vertical gradient dial, the differences are the choice of dial colours - choose between a black or green dial - and a date window at 3 o’clock. When it comes to the straps, alongside the stainless steel and leather strap, there’s also a choice of woven fabric strap. The NATO straps have been meticulously woven on 18th century Jacquard French looms, yarn dyed to ensure exceptional colour fastness and durability and secured with an engraved steel buckle with self-gripping fastenings. The result? Incredibly light, extremely strong and supremely comfortable timepieces.
“The new logo is being perceived really well, we call it the ‘Wayfinder’, consider it a bit more modern and younger and a little bit more dynamic. What we are doing is that we’re moving from mainly UK focused to international and global, so really needed to reframe that to speak to a global audience without losing anything of our DNA. At the very centre of the ‘Wayfinder’ logo there is a propeller with four blades so there’s a very strong reference to our brand DNA, but then enriched by the wind rose of the compass and this idea of travel, the new colours and the new retail identity, the way of exhibiting the pieces has been also welcomed really warmly by all the retailers.” - David Cerrato, Bremont CEO.
Bremont Terra Nova 40.5 Turning Bezel Power Reserve
Supplier codes: TN40-PWR-SS-BK-L-S, TN40-PWR-SS-BK-N-S, TN40-PWR-SS-BK-B, TN40-PWR-SS-BL-L-S, TN40-PWR-SS-BL-N-S, TN40-PWR-SS-BL-B
Moving onto the next Terra Nova model, and this timepiece features a bi-directional compass bezel with cardinal signs and a small seconds sub dial included as a reference to the heritage of vintage field watches. We’re loving the choice of black or blue as dial colours, and just like the 40.5mm Date model, the quick release bracelet in stainless steel, leather or woven fabric.
Bremont Terra Nova 42.5 Steel Chronograph
Supplier codes: TN42-CHR-SS-BK-L-S, TN42-CHR-SS-BK-N-S, TN42-CHR-SS-BK-B
The larger case size of the Terra Nova models, this Bremont Terra Nova 42.5 Steel Chronograph has two counter chronographs and features a polished ceramic bi-directional compass bezel. When it comes to the movement of this masterpiece, it’s powered by an automatic movement with impressive power reserve of up to 56-hours. That means there’s plenty of time for rest in between your expeditions before having to power on again.
“The new campaign is really focused on adventure and exploration, that has always been one of the pillars of the brand since 2014. ‘Take It Further’ is really a pitch to anyone out there to have a dream, to achieve it, to land it, and you can do it if you apply a particular mindset that is the one that explorers and adventurers use. That is to never give up, resilience, self-confidence, believe in yourself, face your fears, cope with risk and you can achieve anything so, it’s a very, very global pitch.” - David Cerrato, Bremont CEO.
