Robyn Poppy’s Ultimate Wishlist

Robyn Poppy’s Ultimate Wishlist

Hello, and welcome to our Chief Bling Officer’s second blog! For those of you who didn’t read her first post (you really should, go read it here), Robyn Poppy won our ‘Chief Bling Officer’ campaign to style and wear our jewellery and diamonds.

In this post, Robyn takes us through her ultimate wishlist – from sparkling diamonds and Swiss watches to Gucci jewellery. Whether you’re looking for an investment piece to stay with you forever or something to really wow your loved one this Christmas, Robyn’s wishlist is full of inspiration…

Are you one of these people that will browse websites and save your favourite items in a ‘favourites’ or ‘wishlist’ section? Well… me too. So I thought it would be a great idea for me to share with you my ultimate wishlist of 10 styles from the Beaverbrooks website. Get ready for diamonds and a lot of bling!

1. 9ct White Gold Diamond Heart Locket - £395

Diamonds are a girl’s best friend? Quite possibly. I’ve wanted a locket necklace for a while now and I finally have one! Not just any one, but this beautiful 9ct White Gold Diamond Heart Locket, enhanced by lavish diamonds - I’m a lucky girl, I know. This is the only item on this list that is now part of my personal jewellery collection and is an item that I will treasure. I’m still torn between putting a picture of a loved family member inside or my 13 year old cat Maddie!

2. TAG Heuer Aquaracer 300m Ladies Watch - £1,100

The only watch on the list, this beautiful TAG Heuer Aquaracer Watch is a classic timepiece that’s guaranteed to be great quality. Although the price point is a little higher than I’d usually spend on a watch at £1,100, it’s an investment piece. This is the type of watch that I’d have in my jewellery collection for years to come and will never go out of style. As it’s stainless steel, it will also match the majority of my other jewellery items.

From £20.63 per month with 0% interest free credit.

3. Gucci 18ct Gold Running G Necklace - £1,530

In my opinion Gucci has got to hold the title for the ‘hottest’ brand of the moment right now. The jewellery styles do come with a bit of a hefty price tag though, it makes it a bit out of my budget. That’s why this classic Gucci 18ct Gold Running G Necklace has got to be at the top end of my wishlist. Just look at it! It would be super versatile and look great with pretty much any outfit. Must. Have. Now!

4. 9ct Gold Diamond Set Bangle - £695

I think everyone should have a gold bangle in their jewellery collection and this classic 9ct Gold Diamond Set Bangle is simply gorgeous! It’s definitely an item that I don’t feel like I ‘need’ but it’s definitely something I really ‘want’, hence it making my wishlist.

5. 9ct Gold, White Gold and Rose Gold Hoop Earrings - £145

I’ve seen quite a bit of mixed gold, white gold and rose gold jewellery about and I’m definitely a fan. The shape of these 9ct Gold, White Gold and Rose Gold Hoop Earrings look really unique and the rose gold adds a pop of colour, which makes them stand out even more. They’d go really well with the diamond set bangle and Gucci necklace. Plus, at £145 they’re a more affordable price point than some of the other items on this list. Christmas present to myself maybe?

6. 9ct Gold Ball Slider Bracelet - £150

Dainty, delicate and super cute, I need this 9ct Gold Ball Slider Bracelet in my jewellery box. It would be great as a simple piece for every day, or layered with other bracelets/bangles for a more statement look. There’s not really anything to dislike about it!

7. Platinum Diamond Marquise Engagement Ring - £2,950

Something a little bit different now. Just to get the record straight, I’m not planning on getting engaged anytime soon. However, every girl mentally plans out her wedding detail years before it’s likely to happen right? I mean I’m not like Monica from Friends with a massive scrapbook, but I do have some idea of what type of ring I’d want. So it would be rude not to share in this look book my dream engagement ring. This Platinum Diamond Marquise Ring is simply stunning! The shape, the diamonds, enough bling to dazzle in the sunlight- it’s a yes from me!

8. CARAT 9ct White Gold Emerald Cut Stud Earrings - £159

In stark contrast to the almost £3,000 engagement ring, these Carat 9ct White Gold Emerald Cut Earrings come in at a more modest £159. I love how they’re a bit more of a fashion statement and are perfect for the Autumn/Winter season. If any family members are reading this and want to know what to get me for a Christmas present this year... *cough cough* *hint hint*.

9. Swarovski Angelic Green Crystal Rhodium Plated Bracelet - £119

A bracelet to match the emerald earrings? Don’t mind if I do. If you like a bit of bling, then this Swarovski Angelic Green Crystal Bracelet is for you. It would look beautiful paired with a black LBD for the evening or even a cream jumper for the day.

10. 18ct White Gold Diamond Tanzanite Pendant - £1,300

Last but not least, I had to include another diamond show stopper. This 18ct White Gold Diamond Tanzanite Pendant is simply stunning. I have blue eyes and feel like the piercing blue colour would complement them perfectly! I best get saving…

That concludes my wishlist for now! Which one was your favourite? Keep up to date with the Beaverbrooks blog and social pages to make sure you don’t miss my next post.
